Senior’s of Class of 2014 had a Luau Fundraiser.This Luau was chaired by Melissa Cayton and teamed up with Senior Parents & Students to raise funds for the senior drug/alcohol free party. So You Think You Can Sign is not only a place to bring together competitive American Sign language competitors, but also a place for the coming together of two cultures, the hearing and deaf. It is an enjoyable event filled with joyful, funny, and deep entertainers signing along to popular songs. It is one of three ASL events held at Heritage, along with Signing Idol, and Sign and Out.

PERSPECTIVES by Dmitriy Ivanchuk
HHS junior Dmitriy Ivanchuk took photos inspired by the poem Perspectives, by Bassel Almasalmeh. He then mixed the photos and the spoken-aloud poem and what’s created is a meditation on city life.
BARK AT THE MOON
Night owls that were awake at 2:30 AM on Tuesday were treated to a double fisted astronomical anomaly, a “Blood moon” and a lunar eclipse. HHS’s Camper Ruybal & Tristan Walz were two students up at that hour.
